Q: How long does the order take to arrive...?
A: * It will depend on the type of Shipping method we use to Ship our Products from Overseas to South Africa it can take plus or Less 2 Weeks if we use Air or 35 to 55 days by Sea*
Q: How much is shipping..?
✅A: *Our Consultancy Services Company has included all necessary Cost on the finale Cost of the product we had initially advertised on the product*
Q: How much is COURIER..?
✅ *Depending on the size of your parcels, large or small, you dont need to pay extra amount for our standard delivery services, we will only ask for extra charge if a different Delivery method is requested by you*
Q: Why do we need to order 10 items or Order with the Amount of R1500 per Person..?
✅A: * Our system is calculated according to what the Requested or Required MOQ ( Minimum Order Quantity ) of the Suppliers or Manufacturers is, so it is a must to Order at that level so we can secure reasonable prices*
Q: Why do i have to pay FULL DEPOSIT UPFRONT..?
✅A: *This is for us as your Consult Company to pay everything in time and to avowed any unnecessary delays and to make show our Agent is payed in time so they can process all our items in time*
Q: Why do i need to pay the full amount for my item, Instead of Paying When Your Company Delivers to Us..?
✅ A: *Our International Agents they need the funds to process all your orders and to pay for Fees upfront ( Costumes fees and Taxi..etc ) you need to pay full Amount for your Orders, so we can pay all necessary Cost in time and make sure you recieve your itmes as promised, since we outsource the items for you at a wholesale price, if you pay half Deposit , half price wont be able to buy your items, we need full Amount upfront and We dont have Millions of Rands to Buy itmes and Resell them to you at that low Price, it wound make business sense at all, so each seller will take they items cost upfront and as a Company we facilitate the Process as we ourselves, are our own clients, of our own company*
Q: What Can I Buy From PNT FASHION STORE and JSM Consaltancy..?
A: *Whatever we CAN Find and Import into the Country at a Low and Reasonable Price and High Quality *
Q: Do You Courier Outside the Country..?
*Yes we will use the services of our South African post office EMS to send parcels outside the Country so pls note the Delivery might take long*
Q: How long can Our Items be kept in the warehouse of the Agent..?
A: *Our Agents adviced us that they can keep the parcels only for 30 days aftet that we will pay storage fees *
Q: Do i have to Pay Shipping for My Own Items Personally..?
✅ *Unfortunately No. Our Consultant Company has done the negotiations for us and the finale Cost of the product is included and all other necessary Cost...YES UNBELIEVABLY IT IS SO.*
Q: Does our Agent do Quality Check or Inspections on our Products..?
✅ *Yes we requested that all our Clients and including our Store Items be checked...but as you know sometimes this checks are not carried out well*
Q: Can I return my items if i change my mind..?
A: *No. Returning any type of International Items bought at Manufacturers or Suppliers level is not easly Accepted by the Companys, because there's to much Logistics at hand and it will be costly for us both, so it is not advisable do just return your Items because you changed your Mind or otherwise ( that is why we request that make sure you do everything right )...this International Company's they dont do returns or refunds so it will be a loss even if we try to return them*
Q: When i Place an Order i must be aware that there's no returns at a Wholesprice Level..?
✅ A: * Simple Answer. " YES ". We cant take any returns either. We are not the ones Manufacturing the products so we cant guarantee Returns. We sell you the Service and Items based on International Trade Laws and Regulations using the Agent from Overseas.*
