Those who are early Christians will remember the story of Paul, before he became Paul. His story should remind us it is important sometimes to re-innovate yourself.
His story tell us the important of having strong emotions, Saul (Paul) use to have strong hatred of Christians to the extend that when he heard there is a congregation coming right up he would take it upon himself to exterminate them.
What is interesting about his journey to exterminate Christians is that his strong emotions had him selected by the Lord to be the changed man, to lead the Christian community.
These phrases that keep men bottled up and fear to share any emotions might be the biggest downfall for you to be infavor of a certain promotion, a certain chair or round table discussion because of the lack of invulnerability to share your strong sentiments about something.
Saul fell and the lighting stroke him, he was blind for a few minutes woke up and joined the fellowship of Christians. I know the recruitment process by the Good Lord was extreme but his characteristics of having strong emotions lead to his selection.
Because you can not start anything in life if you do not have strong conviction, that it will work, irrigardless of what someone else is saying it will work.
I think if your a Christian you know how powerful Paul became, and till this day churches still Speak of him.
So a summary of this post is you got to have a strong conviction or emotional attachment on your ideas, plans or product. Even when you pick a team to work with it must be people who have the ability to fill not numb, even if they disagree with you, much better.
