Stokvel is a phenomenon widely practiced in black communities it is estimated to be at 50 Billion rand???are you thinking what i am thinking....If collectively we can come up with such huge amount why do we still have uneducated,unskilled,unemployed youth???This saddens me and it does not help that the government resources are strained that's a fact!!!....if communities can establish a crowd funding and make it mandatory for people to contribute atleast R10 per person employed every month in every household we woud progress as communities all we need is volume and willing people..i mean in this life time we have people who cant get jobs because they got no money for transport?no money for varsity applications, no capital to start that small business no capital to start that farming project...Cummon darkies we can do this...lets not depend on government and start being responsible for our own progression...Salute
