For entrepreneurs with ADHD, that can mean a mind constantly generating ideas, spotting possibilities, switching between projects and approaching problems from unexpected angles.

But building a business is about more than having good ideas. It is also about having access to tools, spaces and support that make it possible to turn those ideas into something real.

That is where accessibility matters.

Deaf Awareness Month is a reminder that inclusion starts with access.

For Deaf entrepreneurs, access to communication, information and digital spaces can make a meaningful difference in being able to participate, connect and grow.

Creating more accessible spaces is something businesses can actively work towards, from adding captions to videos and providing clear written information to learning South African Sign Language and making digital content more accessible.

At nXtABLED, we believe that when barriers are removed, more people have the opportunity to build, contribute and grow.
