As we about to conclude 2022, reflection on what was done and needs to be done is important.

The establishment of our Hostile Environment Division in July 2022, saved two multi million rands sites and brought us face to face with the various criminal syndicates operating in economic sectors.

Our main focus in 2023 will be to bring sectoral role players together in the , , and in order to collectively increase the fight against this cancer called crime.

Needless to remind our businesses that 2023 is the year where political campaigns will kick off as we prepare for the 2024 general elections. As we all know a number of infrastructure projects will be rolled out, service delivery protest will increase, xenophobic attacks will show its face again and as per the data, kidnappings will continue to increase in concerning numbers.

We urge the business community to support our efforts and thank those who encouraged us to continue the fight against crime.
