ECS was delighted to present NEC4 ECC Suite training to the Henry Fagan Consulting Engineers & Project Managers Team, delivered by Katherine Bezuidenhout.

The NEC4 Suite of Contracts continues to play an important role in improving collaboration, clarity, and effective contract management across the construction and engineering sectors. ECS is delighted to announce that Kamogelo Moloi has been approved to deliver NEC3/4 Level 1 Introductory and Level 2 Intermediate training on behalf of ECS.

It was an honour for ECS to present at this important industry event last week, organised by the Construction Industry Council and the Development Bureau of Hong Kong.

Mile Sofijanic, Managing Director of ECS, and Trevor Arran, Executive Director of ECS, were privileged to share South African experience and practical insight on the use of the NEC suite of contracts.

Their presentations focused on best practices in project and contract management, including lessons learned from NEC implementation in South Africa.

Engaging with construction professionals in Hong Kong provided a valuable opportunity to exchange knowledge, reflect on international approaches, and highlight the growing relevance of collaborative contract management in delivering successful projects.
