I am very frustrated , after calling in on the 23 April 2024 , notified you as Mweb that I am being over debited , as Last month a R1885 taken , we downgraded in February to a package of R369 , the agent explained that it was an error on Mweb side and would be reversed, today I am debited a whole R3023,03 for your incompetence staff to get paid , every damn month it is a problem with Mweb

I will be taking matters further on all social platforms as I have already put a Tweet on Twitter As well as News platforms as well
Your app that you say we should use to query is useless and so also on Facebook messenger.

How many clients are you as Mweb over debiting every month
