A DOMESTIC DISPUTE ENDS IN TRAGEDY IN MASVINGO

🔰In Zimbabwe 🇿🇼 《●》In a sad occurrence a young Zimbabwean,Ruth Ngwenya woman from Masvingo was found dead at a Bed and Breakfast (BnB) in the Rhodene suburb on Saturday afternoon, 🔟 October 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣6️⃣. Her tragic passing occurred shortly after she fled her matrimonial home due to a violent domestic dispute with her husband, Fredrick Zvidzai.

According to local reports and eyewitness accounts from neighbours,there had previously been a dispute between her and her spouse.
On Friday morning, 9️⃣ October 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣6️⃣, Ngwenya reportedly caught her husband in an act of infidelity.

Zvidzai allegedly reacted by brutally assaulting her in full view of neighbours and threatening her life. He then ejected her from their home.To escape the abuse and ensure her safety, Ngwenya sought alternative accommodation and checked into a lodge/BnB in Rhodene.

She was discovered deceased in her BnB room the following afternoon. Images and video footage circulating widely on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram purported to show her hanging from a rope attached to a burglar bar.

The Zimbabwe Republic Police are currently investigating the exact circumstances surrounding her death to determine whether it was a su***de driven by the trauma of the abuse or if foul play was involved. As reported by news outlets like iHarare, the tragedy has sparked widespread public outcry across Zimbabwe regarding the severity of domestic violence and the lack of adequate protection for victims.
