Futho Enterprises Futho Enterprises is a skills development and training company created to facilitate skills development needs in and outside South Africa.

We are a newly established skills development entity which seeks to provide solutions to its clients with respect to Training and Development. Our existence was driven by a need to assist young people to get work experience, to have tools in place that will help monitor that knowledge and skills transfer is actually taking place and to assist organisations to comply with legislative requirements and also benefit from the presence of these youths at their workplaces.

We are looking for host employer/s. There are a number of young people who want to participate on an End User Computing Learnership. This learnerships equips them with computer skills from basic to advanced level. We already have a training provider hence we are looking for an employer.

Some of the benefits to the employer:
Scoring on two areas for BBBEE.
Tax benefits.
Getting extra hands at no cost.
Less Admin work for your staff and increased productivity.
Not responsible for a stipend, etc.
