If anyone has or is watching Drive to Survive. It doesn't put Horner in a good light. It shows how obsessed he is with Hamilton. Why does he hate Hamilton so much? I want to know why he has huge problem with him. It also doesn't make him a good Role Model at all for the kids of today. Ponder for thought.

As we open 2022 with inspiration and close 2021 and 2020. We want to open 2022 with good energy and abundance energy. Let's leave the F1 season for 2021 in 2021 and not bring it into 2022. But I think we are. The rules that were not followed correctly(this is my opinion) and a new world champion were recognized. For me, I don't recognize him at all. To me, we have 2 world champions for 2021. The FIA need to own the mistake they made.

The last week of 2021 has arrived. As we reflect on the year that is about to leave us. What happened this year? What did you achieve? My word for this year was "Becoming" and I have become Jayne again. I have some more soul searching to do but I am excited about 2022. I am using the word "Becoming" again. I am also going to be braver in my choices. What are your words for 2022? May it bring you loads and loads of fun and blessings. We all need blessings for 2022. But let's all make it our year. See you all next year and Become our own person again. Find yourself again.

Some of us must have watched the F1 final race in Abu Dhabi and we all have our opinions of what happened and what went wrong.
My question to you now is do you know what is wrong or what is actually happening in your Business now over the Festive Season? I am finding more and more that Customer Service or Customer Experience as I call it is non-existant. You complain and they tell you it is because of COVID and we are all working from home. I am not happy to accept that anymore. So what can I do for you in your Business I say again? Would you like me to do an Audit of your Business in Customer Experience or even your Bookkeeping? Some of the drivers get into their cars with Helmut and Hans device. Only a few drivers will get into their cars without it on.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

This post might seem a little bit out of the norm but it is something close to my heart
I have this thing about Manners in everyone. My Mother brought my sister and I up to believe that you remember your manners all the time and I mean all the time. My mother was a stickler for manners. She always said, Manners maketh Man. I also believe that.
So what are the manners that we need to remember in Business ?
Reply to that email that you didn't want to receive. Just give an answer.
Answer that phone call or return that call even though you have a suspicion that it has nothing to do with you.
Listen to what someone is saying to you. I mean really listen. I actually think in this electronic age that we have somehow lost the ability to listen properly to someone. We are so busy thinking of the next thing on our To-Do list. We only half listen.
You never know what they are saying might assist you in something in the future and you would be glad to have actually heard that person.
Also, you might have something to do and then you remember but I spoke to Joe Soap and he could do it for me.
So people remember your "Please" and "Thank you's" and we must go back to basics and re-learn the art of Listening.

Welcome to Friday. Long week. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I have been reading up about Teamwork. There are 2 definitions of Teamwork but mean the same -⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Teamwork is the collaborative effort of a group to achieve a common goal or to complete a task in the most effective and efficient way - the next one is - The combined action of a group, especially when effective and efficient.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Is your Team either of these 2 ? What have you done to assist with them being effective?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I once worked in a small Company where we tried to work as a Team but were led by an abusive Director. Slowly but surely she broke us up. We all eventually left or she fired us. She slowly but surely broke us down that we didn't believe in ourselves again. The Company eventually closed down.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This was not effective Teamwork as she believed that there was an I in the word Team. There is no I in the word Team or Teamwork at all.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
At the beginning of the COVID crisis 3 Formula 1 teams worked together to design a ventilator for the patients in the UK that needed them. This was because they were running out of ventilators. These 3 Teams designed and built an effective ventilator. 3 opposing Formula 1 teams did this. How cool was that? They just worked together towards a common goal and achieved it even though they worked on opposing Teams on the Racetrack.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Is your Team this effective? Can they work with other Teams in other Companies?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Do you know why I chose a Butterfly?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I chose the Butterfly as my logo because it tells my story. It is about me becoming a Butterfly. I was always the caterpillar moving along at my slow pace. I had my accident and became differently-abled.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I then look inward and asked myself what I wanted to do with the rest of my life. I challenged myself and met some ladies via a Zoom meeting. They challenged me and taught me about business and being an entrepreneur. I chose to be a Virtual Assistant as I needed to work from home.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
That is when I found out who I was and what I could do. I then became the beautiful Butterfly. I drew this logo.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Hamilton - Stayed in a Motorhome at the track. He walked to the track.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Bottas - Stayed in a Hotel - drove a black Mercedes S400⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Verstappen, Gasly, Tsunoda and Perez - drove Honda Accords in different colours.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Norris and Ricciardo - Volvo XC90 both in black⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
