Founded by three ambitious and young individuals, MASHOBANE AND NOZINGA (PTY) LTD is a holding company which will partake in various industries/markets(Food industry, Marketing industry and Distribution and Logistics industry, just to name a few). MASHOBANE AND NOZINGA (PTY) LTD is a holding company which will serve as an investment vehicle for the founders of the company and those who wish to be involved or those who will have a certain stake in the company. MASHOBANE AND NOZINGA (PTY) LTD WILL:
• Act as a parent company to all our business ventures, projects or companies.
• Own shares of stock in other private and public companies.
• Invest in new businesses.
• Act as an angel investor, by investing in sound business ideas which will have longevity, the ability to create employment, make money and improve the community.
• Purchase failing businesses (within certain industries) with realistic intentions of reviving the crumbling entity. Mashobane and Nozinga(PTY) Ltd is not merely a company but an entity. An entity with a main objective of inspiring both financial and personal gain amongst the youth, encouraging a culture of self-belief and success amongst those who darre to dream beyond ability..
