KAR Presentations specialises in all forms of corporate finance training including: directors training, the JSE Listings Requirements, Takeover Law, Company Law, corporate actions strategy, valuations, taxation and IFRS . Training is provided either in the KAR auditorium or at the client premises. Keith Rayner also provides consulting services which are charged on an hourly basis.

Our handy guide is delivered to you in PDF format for ease of reference and to save the trees 🌳 Our hope is that our guide will be a useful tool when it comes to understanding the regulatory environment for listed companies and any juristic persons interested in a future listing on the JSE.
