We completed Stop the Bleed training for a cohort of Close Protection Officers from Alpha Threat Solutions and Dkrypt Cctv on 25 February 2026.

This skill set is non-negotiable in their industry. CP officers are often the first (and sometimes only) responders on scene when seconds matter. Whether it’s a principal, a team member, or a bystander, knowing how to control severe hemorrhage before EMS arrives can be the difference between life and death.

If you or your team operate in close protection, executive security, or any high-risk environment, this training isn’t optional. It’s part of the job.

Safety on the shop floor starts with preparation. We completed another hands-on first aid training for Motor Accident Group (MAG) on 25 April 2026.

We covered everything from treating cuts and burns to responding to workplace injuries common in automotive repair environments, from chemical exposure to crush injuries and everything in between.

Every team member now has the skills and confidence to respond quickly and effectively when it matters most. A safer workshop is a stronger workshop.

We’re always pleased to work with companies that take safety seriously and Motor Accident Group is certainly one of those partners.

🚨 When seconds count, your knowledge and preparation can save a life.

“Stop the Bleed” training isn’t just for first responders, it’s a critical skill every one of us should have. Whether you’re at work, at home, or out in the community, traumatic bleeding can happen anywhere, anytime.

Carrying a trauma IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit) and knowing how to use it properly can mean the difference between life and death while waiting for EMS to arrive.

Consider this: the average EMS response time is 7-10 minutes. Severe arterial bleeding can lead to death in just 3-5 minutes. That gap is where YOU can make the difference.
Take the training. Carry the kit. Be prepared to make a difference.

High blood pressure - or hypertension - often shows no warning signs, yet it increases the risk for heart disease, stroke, blindness, dementia, and other complications.

A simple blood pressure check can be life-saving.

Getting your blood pressure measured the right way helps ensure accurate results.
Incorrect positions can lead to incorrect readings.

✔ Sit with your back supported
✔ Legs uncrossed and feet flat on the floor
✔ Arm supported with the cuff at heart level
✔ Use correct cuff size
✔ Rest for at least 5 minutes before the reading
✔ Do not talk during or between measurements
✔ Avoid exercise, tea/coffee, and smoking for at least 30 minutes before reading

Small steps can make a big difference in protecting your health.
