We are building the team before we build the mill.
Kutlwano Holdings is establishing an integrated eucalyptus operation on the Tzaneen escarpment in Limpopo.
Harvesting, sawmilling, kiln drying, thermal modification, finishing and packaging, on one site, from one managed resource.
The operating model costs eleven functions. Today we are opening the register for all eleven.
We want to be straight about what this is, because we would rather be trusted than be popular.
These are not vacancies with a start date. The project is in its Planing phase and appointments will follow.
What we are doing now is identifying the people who will run this mill before the equipment is procured, rather than after.
If you are a mill manager, a forester, a head sawyer, a saw doctor, a kiln operator, a grader, a millwright, a harvesting supervisor, a safety officer, a production clerk or a security supervisor, and eucalyptus is a species you know, put your name on the register.
