AI is great. Until it isn’t. I mean, there are so many AI tools available for free, and it’s super-fast and easy to generate content and imagery; things you couldn’t imagine yourself creating. So, you’re writing and posting like a pro, and your socials are buzzing with content.

BUT.

I recently helped a family put together a funeral program to celebrate the life of a loved one. They had written beautiful tributes and chosen memorable photos — I helped by editing the content, shaping the layout, and suggesting a fitting design that felt personal and respectful.

Families who aren’t using a funeral home’s services may not know where to go for a custom funeral program that honours their loved ones. I don’t rely on generic templates and don’t add any branding, unlike most services. It’s always a privilege to support a family in this small but meaningful way.
