Gratitude, Growth, and Looking Ahead to 2025
As 2024 draws to a close, a year filled with challenges, growth, and incredible opportunities. Thank you to all the clients, partners, and organizations I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with this year. Thank you for trusting me to walk alongside you on your journeys of growth, transformation, and impact.
This year has been a testament to the power of intentional leadership, inclusion, and growth. From delivering impactful DEI programs to facilitating first-time manager coaching, leading executive leadership development programs, and engaging audiences as a keynote speaker, every engagement has reaffirmed the importance of investing in people.
One of the highlights this year was partnering with Réjane Williams to design and deliver Racial Healing in the Workplace sessions. These sessions incorporated somatic healing practices, creating profound spaces for reflection, healing, and transformation while addressing deeply rooted personal and professional dynamics.
My coaching practice: Serving as faculty, coach educator and coach mentor, for international coaching schools has been incredibly rewarding, allowing me to contribute to the global coaching community and witness the incredible growth of aspiring coaches.
Continuous learning: Each year, I intentionally invest in sharpening my skills to remain relevant and impactful. In 2024, I completed two transformative courses: Positive Intelligence and Trauma-Informed Leadership. These programs deepened my understanding and enriched my approach to leadership development and healing work, ensuring my practices remain aligned with the evolving needs of leaders and organizations.
I am grateful for the international travel opportunities this year, which took me across borders to engage with global leadership challenges and the nuanced complexities of DEI work in diverse contexts. These experiences broadened my perspective, strengthened my practice, and reaffirmed the universal need for inclusion, equity, and courageous leadership.
My healing work with Family Constellations and Organizational Constellations offered profound insights into the interconnectedness of individuals, teams, and systems, unlocking new pathways for alignment, growth, and transformation.
