Big news! IRP has officially launched a new department, Conveyor Fabrication, giving us the capacity to offer a full turnkey solution - from start to finish.

This new team takes on:
🔧 Retrofitting
📏 Conveyor line extensions
🔍 Site audits
🛠️ Troubleshooting

With CNC laser cutting, rolling and press brake forming all done in-house, we’re extending our product offering and strengthening our ability to deliver complete, end-to-end conveyor solutions.

What that means in practice: if a client needs a conveyor line extended, a worn section retrofitted, or a custom part replaced, we can now design, cut, form and fit it ourselves, without waiting on an external fabricator.

Leading the department is Eugene Liebenberg, bringing hands-on expertise to every retrofit, extension and audit we take on.

More capability, more capacity, same commitment to getting it right the first time.

From the shop floor to your line, fast.

That’s Tshedza (Patrick) Mutavhatsindi and Sipho Mthimkulu preparing a magnetic bend for delivery.

These bends are replacement parts used on bottling lines, including in breweries, and work together with our Magnaflex chains to keep production moving smoothly.

The magnetic system helps retain the chain through the curve, while the Magnaflex chains are designed for easy, efficient maintenance, helping reduce maintenance time and keep your lines performing.

Ours are proudly manufactured in South Africa, kept in readily available stock, and delivered on a timeline that eliminates downtime rather than causing it.

World class quality, consistent cost savings, and a team that treats every delivery like it matters. Because it does.

Behind every shrink-wrapped stack like this is an order that started with a call, and ended with locally manufactured conveyor components that keep a production line moving.

This one's headed for a Western Cape based specialist in turnkey liquid bottling and packaging lines.

On board: our 880 Series Split Molded Drive & Idler Sprockets, paired with our 828 Series Straight Running Flat Top chain, wrapped, loaded and dispatched, ready to keep another line running without a hitch.

No fuss, no fanfare. Just parts, packed properly and on the way.

Two things engineers ask us most about modular belting, is how to assemble and disassemble our modular belts. So here, we have broken both down for the 2540-7705 Series.

So we broke both down for the 2540-7705 Series.

🧱 Bricklay pattern: every row is offset, not stacked, which is what gives modular belt its strength across the width. Add or remove a single row and the pattern re-aligns itself, no special order required.

📌 Pin retention: each belt is assembled using a pin, held in place by a clip twisted into position. Simple by design, which is exactly why it's reliable in the field.

Small details, but they're the difference between a belt that lasts and one that doesn't.
