π§ Walking Foot Movement β Our Post-Service Standard
This is the kind of smooth, coordinated movement we expect to see after servicing a walking-foot industrial sewing machine.
The alternating presser feet, needle bar and feed mechanism must move in proper synchronization, without hesitation, excessive play, abnormal noise or interference.
For us at Intelligent Sewing Systems and Projects, a machine being able to sew is only the beginning. After a repair or service, we verify the mechanical movement and timing before handing the machine back to the customer.
A properly serviced machine should:
Move smoothly and consistently
Have correct walking-foot alternation
Maintain accurate needle and foot timing
Feed the material correctly
Produce a clean, consistent stitch
Operate without unnecessary mechanical noise
We don't just make the machine run β we make sure it runs correctly.
