This Women’s Month, we’re celebrating four incredible women from our East London office – each wearing many hats, on and off the clock. 💙💛
Karen Petzer: “I wear many hats and take pride in each one. At work, I chase opportunities, drive sales, take initiative and look for ways to make a difference. At home, I’m a wife and mom, baker, seamstress and homemaker, and a member of a church community. Sometimes hats feel heavy or messy, but I wouldn’t trade any of them for the world.”
Endronica Latolla: “I wear many crowns. I enjoy long walks while balancing a fulfilling career as an Office Administrator. When I’m not managing outstanding debt and ensuring our creditors are paid on time, I’m a mother to a teenager. I embrace every role I play – I am that woman, and I’m every woman.”
Khanyisa Lanke: “I wear many hats, balancing different roles every day. Guided by my Christian faith, I’m a wife, mom, working woman, family caregiver and homemaker. Managing all these responsibilities isn’t always easy, but each role has helped shape the woman I am today.”
Melanie Hayward: “I’m a wife, working mom, event planner, problem-solver, cheerleader, photographer, accountant, taxi driver and chief negotiator – often several at the same time! Now, as my children find their own paths, I’m embracing a new chapter and learning that it’s okay to put myself first too.”
