We love hearing from you and welcome any feedback and experiences you have when dealing with us. To ensure we keep everyone happy and comfortable on our page, there are a few general terms and conditions we would like to make you aware of. Fusion Search & Consulting reserves the right to remove any content from any of its social media pages if its’ members or followers break any of the terms and conditions below. Should any of the users repeatedly break these terms and conditions, that user may have his/her commenting privileges suspended and may be blocked from the social media pages. When a customer 'Likes' the Fusion Search & Consulting Page, they automatically become a Member of the Page and give explicit permission to Fusion Search & Consulting to receive posts on their personal wall as well as other forms of communication, such as event invitations. Members of the Page can opt out of receiving further communication from Fusion Search & Consulting by following these instructions:

- Click “unlike” on the left side of the page

Competitions
1. Fusion Search & Consulting reserves the right to run various competitions on the page.
2. Competitions are open to all Page Members over the age of 16, resident in South Africa.
3. In order to be entered into the competitions, Members must follow the instructions given. Instructions and competition periods will vary. No voting exchange, international voting syndicates or similar methods of cheating may be used in our competitions. We reserve the right to block any members of the page who use such methods on a continual basis.
5. If a Member has won a competition, that member will not be allowed to enter another competition on the Fusion Search & Consulting page within a 14 day period.
4. The judge's decision is final.
5. In the event that any winner cannot be successfully contacted following all reasonable attempts to do so, Fusion Search & Consulting reserves the right to disqualify such winner from the competition and to select another winner in his/her stead.
6. The prizes are not transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable (where applicable) and cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. This competition shall not be open to Fusion Search & Consulting employees and their family members including the employees and family members of the Fusion Search & Consulting advertising and promotional agencies and distributors.
8. Winners agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fusion Search & Consulting, its shareholders, directors, officers, trustees, agents, employees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies and distributors against any and all claims relating to loss of or damage to property, personal injury or death, legal proceedings, costs, demands and any other liabilities whatsoever suffered by them howsoever arising from or occurring in connection with their participation in this competition.
9. This promotion is in no way organized, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to the Organizer and not to Facebook.
10. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion can be directed to the Organizer and not to Facebook. Responsibility
