Are you ready to turn theory into practice and step into work that truly matters?

At Ferva, our internship is about more than gaining experience. It’s about contributing to meaningful work, learning from experienced Industrial Psychologists, and helping organisations create better workplaces.

As an intern operating as a junior consultant, you'll gain hands-on exposure across the full employee lifecycle while supporting more than 15 small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs). From talent acquisition, assessment, culture, leadership development, organisational design, employee wellbeing, and consulting projects, you'll experience the full breadth of Industrial Psychology in practice.

You will work alongside a team of passionate Industrial Psychologists, receive ongoing mentorship, and gain exposure to leading People Tech and psychometric assessment tools that help organisations make better people decisions.

We are not just redefining HR, we are helping shape the future of work, and we're looking for curious, driven, future Industrial Psychologists to join us.
