Confirmed Agreement between MSPT (Pty) Ltd Staff and Mentees, Parents, Guardians, Educators and/or School's SGB.
1. MSPT may only offer Mathematics ELS (Extra Learning Sessions) for Grades 11 and 12, or to levels of studies equivalent to the mentioned grades. Any level of study below or above the mentioned Grades is not covered in this agreement.
2. The ELS are: Group and Class Sessions.
3. Group ELS consist of at most 8 mentees, and at least 6 mentees.
4. Class ELS consist of at most 40 mentees and at least 15 mentees.
5. For Group ELS: Customers are parents, and Beneficiaries are mentees. Agreements will be among three parties: MSPT, Parents and mentees.
6. For Class ELS: Customers are Schools, and Beneficiaries are mentees. Agreements will be made among three parties: MSPT, Schools and mentees.
7. Venue for Group ELS may be organized by beneficiaries, in accordance with their convenience and they will be responsible for compensations, should there be any.

9. Each Group ELS mentee will be obliged to pay a nonrefundable registration fee of R500 (which includes a monthly fee for the first month) prior to commencement of ELS.
10. Each Class ELS mentee will be obliged to pay a registration fee of R70 (which includes the first payment of the first ELS), prior to commencement of ELS, which is nonrefundable.
11. Each Class ELS mentee will cost R20 per ELS, and the number of mentees in each ELS should be at least 15.
12. If the number of Class ELS mentees are below 15, the difference will either be a rise to the cost of each mentee or be compensated by the customer.
13. Each Group ELS mentee will pay R300 per month.
14. The duration of the MSPT ELS (Groups and Classes) is ten months: From the beginning of February to the ending of November.
15. For Group ELS, no new mentee will be accepted after the 15th of February, unless their reasons are considerable. Given such a case, if the member manages to be accepted despite circumstances, they will be expected to compensate for previous months when they were not part of MSPT ELS. The next point will explain further...
16. MSPT Group ELS cover content in packages. We offer the whole content to the mentees despite the duration in which they will spend in the programme. The whole package, per annum, costs R3200 (Monthly fees plus Registration fee). Monthly fees cover content delivery and simplification, intermittent celebration plans for mentees in the programme, academic related games, adventures or any extra mural activity that suits the time and the Group; and administrative materials for mentees.
17. MSPT take responsibility to deal with the facilitator legally and accordingly, for inconveniences that may take place in the ELS Premises agreed upon, in the presence of the facilitator, if the inconvenience is the facilitator's direct fault. If it's not the facilitator's direct fault, then legal advisors and legal institutions will be consulted and may decide who's fault it is, and whoever is at fault will be obliged to take responsibility legally and accordingly. Inconveniences may cover incidents such as assaults, accidents and the sundry.
18. Payments for each Group ELS are made at least 10 minutes prior to the ELS - provided the customer is responsible for compensation. If the beneficiary is responsible for payment, they may be obliged to pay during the ELS to the chosen Bookkeeper for that particular Class.
19. No learner/mentee is permitted to attend an ELS that s/he may not be able/willing to compensate for - unless an agreement is made between the mentee (or the person responsible for their payments) and the facilitator at least a full day prior to the ELS. MSPT Stuff should know about such an agreement, and should be stated in MSPT Books.
20. Provided that the school's SGB becomes the customers to the Class ELS, the payment may be made directly to MSPT's Bank Accounts. The school's SGB and other stakeholders will only communicate with the MSPT's management with regards to all agreements and content discussions. MSPT's facilitators are hired by MSPT - and not by the school. The school will be MSPT's client - therefore, should lay out everything with MSPT, not with the facilitators.
