As part of Su***de Awareness Month, the PsyCaD staff and our PsyCaD Ambassadors have been creating spaces for students to pause, connect and remind each other that they don’t have to go through difficult moments alone. 🧡
Through our Su***de Prevention Campaign, we’ve been engaging with students in simple but meaningful ways — from sharing anonymous words of encouragement, to giving students an opportunity to write their thoughts, messages and reflections about su***de and place them in our message jar.
Sometimes, it’s the simple things that matter. A kind message. A conversation. Asking someone if they’re okay. Listening without judgement. Encouraging someone to reach out for help.
If you’re struggling, feeling overwhelmed, or simply need someone to talk to, PsyCaD is here for you. You don’t have to wait until things feel unbearable before reaching out.

Let’s keep checking in on one another.
Let’s keep listening.
And most importantly, let’s keep talking. 🧡
