Market Trends: Salary Increases 2025

Khokhela’s Actual and Predicted Increase Survey for 2025 reveals that the average salary increase across participating companies was 5.2%, slightly below the 2024 average of 5.7% but still 1.6% above the projected inflation rate for the year.

While economic growth remains modest due to supply-side challenges, companies continue to maintain real salary growth above inflation, reflecting resilience in a constrained market.
