Position: Ethics Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES
•Evaluate and report on the efficiency and relevancy of market conduct risk initiatives set by the Group Ethics Framework within the businesses of the Group
•Assess efficacy of integration of market conduct controls into operational business work process flows
•Provide guidance to senior management, compliance and audit functions
•Build and maintain partnerships with senior management, compliance and audit functions

REQUIREMENTS
•A graduate Degree, preferably in the Humanities, Engineering, Audit or Business Commerce highly preferable
•Previous ethics, governance or compliance risk management experience within financial service/ banking sector essential
•Demonstrable management consultancy experience preferable
•Project management experience within large and complex corporate environments essential
