Job Brief:
Responsible for handling front office reception, customer engagement and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones, handling company sales & other inquiries, Filing, compiling reports and other adhoc duties.

Responsibility
• Assist walk in customers
• Create quotation from online system
• Typing documents on MS Office
• Filing and compiling reports
• Making calls and emails
• Answer inquiries about company.
• Ensure reception and meeting area is tidy.
• Coordinate mail flow in and out of office.
• Arrange and update appointment calendars
• Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.
• Perform basic filing, and clerical duties.
• Take and relay messages.
• Schedule follow-up appointments


Required skills, knowledge and Personal attributes:
• Relevant experience in being an administrator/Sales admin/Receptionist
• Knowledge of MS Office & Internet savvy
• Knowledge on how to operate a Printer
• Vibrant and welcoming
• Well-groomed and excellent presentation skills
• Strong communication skills

We are looking for a competitive field sales representative to developLsales strategies and attract new clients. The succ-essful salespersonLwill source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas.OThe successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income andLrevenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads,iqualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. Responsibilities:
• Educating customers about our business solutions
• Get sales using various customer sales methods (Cold Call, B2B, Presentations etc)

• Team player facilitating collaboration in the workplace
• Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts to create an exceptional customer experience
• Proficient in programs including PowerPoint, MS Office and Excel
• Self motivated, highly driven and decision-making skills
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Experience & knowledge working on a CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, Monday etc)
• BS/BA degree or related qualification

Salary: Basic + very lucrative Commission, Cell phone + Petrol
