JOB VACANCY: FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE
We are looking for a competitive field sales representative to developLsales strategies and attract new clients. The succ-essful salespersonLwill source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas.OThe successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income andLrevenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads,iqualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. As anLoutside sales representative, or sales agent, they will also research sales competition.
Responsibilities:
• Educating customers about our business solutions
• Get sales using various customer sales methods (Cold Call, B2B, Presentations etc)
• Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies and evaluate their effectiveness
• Meet personal and team targets
• Research account and generate new sales
• Attend meetings, sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
• Report to management weekly using financial statistics on prospects, leads, quotation & closed sales
• Collecting & Manage up to date data on all customers/clients new and existing database
• Creating proposals, presentation slides & pitching to customers
• Using Sales system automation tools to track progress and report goals
• Continuous market analysis staying current on company offering and industry trends
Requirements:
• Strong leadership, oral & written communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• 3-5 Years proven Sales & marketing related experience
• Valid Drivers license and proven ability to drive (code 8/10)
• Must have own reliable vehicle
• Team player facilitating collaboration in the workplace
• Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts to create an exceptional customer experience
• Proficient in programs including PowerPoint, MS Office and Excel
• Self motivated, highly driven and decision-making skills
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Experience & knowledge working on a CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, Monday etc)
• BS/BA degree or related qualification
Salary: Basic + very lucrative Commission, Cell phone + Petrol
