For over 5 years, TBWA has been honoured to partner with Wings of Inspiration, a registered SA non-profit organisation dedicated to uplifting vulnerable communities in Roodepoort, Johannesburg.

What started in 2018 has grown into meaningful monthly support and countless contributions from our team and employees. From women and children's shelters to elderly care, recovery programmes, early childhood education, and community soup kitchens. Wings of Inspiration runs 11 different organizations under one NPC, all working toward one mission: compassion and practical support for those in need.

This Mandela Day, our amazing employees contributed essentials like furniture, groceries, linen & clothing. Together, we're building hope for the lives of vulnerable individuals and families in our community.

There’s so much AI fakery flooding our feeds, it’s hard to tell what’s real anymore.

So for Windhoek - SA’s 100% Real beer, brewed with only three ingredients for over 100 years - we had to take a stand.

We partnered with James, a content creator born with six fingers on each hand - whose followers literally ask him if he's AI. Perfect casting for the idea.

The campaign even changed how we approach our comms, with Windhoek formally pledging to not use AI-generated people or products in ads. Only real beer for real people.

Handclapping emojis to all pirates involved in bringing this to real life, to the Windhoek client for giving it the thumbs up, and to James, our new hand model. Check out his story. 🙌🍺
