Throughout history we've seen how quickly people can become obsessed with something.
We've also seen how quickly they forget about that same fad and move on to the next. Why? Because it adds no real tangible value to their lives.
Now, more than ever, people are looking for valuable content. The pandemic has forced the whole world online, so everyone is competing for their 15 seconds of fame.
That's not to say that standing out isn't important, of course it is. That Is how you grab your audience's attention. But what's even more important is what you do with their attention once you have it.
The value that you add - the nuggets of information, the entertainment, the distraction from reality, or whatever your brand brings to the table - that's what will keep your audiene's attention and keep them coming back for more.
