It's been a while since Psytech SA stood on a Society for Industrial & Organisational Psychology South Africa (SIOPSA) stage, and this year we're back with something we think practitioners will actually use.
- Did you know that roughly 5-9% of candidates sitting unproctored cognitive ability tests may be receiving AI assistance that materially changes their score? Practically, this means that in a pool of 1,000 candidates, that's 50–90 inflated results quietly shaping who gets shortlisted.
