A Business Development Consultant is responsible for securing new business as well as maintaining and growing the relationships with you our existing clients.
The role entails monitoring market trends to effectively build and maintain productive networks that garner new business opportunities for Vision Capital Consulting. In order to be successful, team members require an in-depth knowledge of Business (Training/Learning) Intervention successes within the Learning and Development industry, a detailed working knowledge of the SETA’s and a strong understanding of Learnerships, e-Learning and Learner Management Systems.
1) Perform general Business Development Consultant administrative tasks
2) Initiate, implement and manage new business deals
3) Training session involvement
