With 13 years of chiropractic experience, Marco helps people move better, feel better and perform at their best ... from everyday clients to top-level athletes.

Wednesday's meeting was definitely bitter-sweet.

We welcomed Dr Marco Marrugi, our chiropractor, but sadly said goodbye to a much loved Dynamite member, Katrina. After giving us loads of brilliant Edu-Slots, she’s off to focus on her growing life-coach business. We’re going to miss her ... especially her wisdom, humour and love for our family, and we wish her great success.

Her final Edu-Slot was perfectly timed ... GAINS. Your BNI GAINS Worksheet isn’t a “fill it in once and forget it” document. Keep it updated so we know where you’re going and can send the right referrals your way.

Recognition was from the top drawer, with one of our newest members, Cale from BlueLine Marketing, smashing through R1.8 million in TYFCB ... clearly he didn’t get the memo about taking it easy.

Presentations were sharp and on point, while Nathi from MN Investment Electrical delivered his Feature Presentation in his usual informative-but-fun style.

There’s a proverb that says: “Teamwork makes the dream work ... but a little humour makes the team work.” And this Wednesday at BNI Dynamite, we definitely proved it.

We’re serious about business, referrals and helping each other flourish ... but we’re also pretty good at having a laugh. After all, we’re more like a family than a bunch of business people who voluntarily get up early on a Wednesday.

Andria shared why Positive Attitude is her BNI Value of choice, while Katrina, in her Edu-slot, reminded us that trust is what turns a group of people into a real team.

We celebrated our top referral members, Qondani renewing his membership, and gave a huge Dynamite welcome to Heinoux from NexBDM ... our AI specialist.

Then Qondani put the spotlight on Oasis Haven ... an organisation caring for 20 orphaned and vulnerable children. But it’s not simply about giving these children a roof, food and a safe place to stay. It’s about giving them love, stability, hope and the chance to dream about a future.

With Jack Frost making his way across the country, the Dynamite team were still bright-eyed and ready to go ... because we’re dedicated like that.

Colin shared why Building Relationships is his favourite Core Value and why strong connections are at the heart of our chapter. Grant followed in the Edu-slot, explaining how quality 121s help build those relationships and lead to the quality referrals we’re all looking for. Keeping the learning alive, congratulations to Christine, Nathi and Brad for earning the most CEUs last month ... fantastic effort.

Our 60-second presentations took on a radio-commercial theme, and the team certainly delivered. We may have uncovered a few future radio stars along the way.

Featured presenter Anthony from Black Dot Construction gave us a fascinating look at some challenging construction issues he’s encountered, and more importantly, how they were professionally resolved by his team before becoming major problems. Definitely someone worth chatting to if you want your project done safely and correctly.

Wednesday was training day at BNI Dynamite with our DC, Ilzé.

They say training is one of the keys to growing any business, and BNI training is no different. It's like GPS for your business ... without it, you might still get there ... but you'll probably take a few wrong turns, ask for directions twice, and end up wondering how you got there.

Before the training, we kicked things off with our weekly presentations ... some serious, some hilarious, and all delivered in true BNI Dynamite style.

Today's session was all about getting the most out of a 1-2-1. It's not just an excuse for coffee and a muffin ... it's where we really get to know each other's businesses, build trust, and create the quality referrals that help everyone grow. After all, 1-2-1s are the engine that keeps referrals moving.

Next Wednesday we're back to our regular meeting, with Anthony from Black Dot Construction as our feature presenter. Our Health & Wellness Stacker Day at BNI Dynamite was another winner. Visitors were welcomed like long-lost family ... the kind you actually want to see. One visitor said, "Just having the referral network outside of what I do is amazing," while another shared, "Running your own business can be difficult, but the sense of community is so helpful."

Grant reminded us that business is built on relationships, while Katrina warned us not to be like an elastic band ... stretched so far you snap. Delegate where you can ... even superheroes have sidekicks.
