Sinotheni Events & Academy is growing, and we are looking for a polished, driven graduate to grow with us.

If you hold a qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, PR, Digital Media or Events Management and you are ready to do real, meaningful work within a fast-moving premium brand, this role was written for you.

What you will be doing:
* Managing our social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook
* Creating on-brand content, graphics and marketing copy
* Conducting professional outreach and lead generation
* Supporting the sales team with proposals, client correspondence and digital brand presence

I didn't study events. I lived them.

My academic background is in Public Governance and Labour Relations.. not the most obvious path to founding an event management company. But looking back, it makes complete sense.

Sinotheni Events & Academy began as a decor business in 2020. But from the very beginning, I was always the one who stayed. The one making sure the logistics were right, the guests were comfortable, and the client could sit back and actually enjoy the day they had spent so long planning.

That instinct, to take ownership, to solve problems quietly, to make everything seamless, became the foundation of everything Sinotheni stands for today.

Four years later, Sinotheni Events & Academy operates across three service lines:
→ Event Management
→ Hospitality Staffing
→ Professional Training

We have a huge number of functions for clients, and we are actively growing our footprint in both the private and public sector.

What drives me is simple: I believe every problem has a solution. My job is to find it before you even know there was one. I am detail-orientated, solution-focused, and deeply committed to the standard of excellence that every client deserves.
