We’re back at Eighteen13 stripping away the pretension of wine tasting. Today, Cezanne hosted the incredible to workshop a pairing that’s as accessible as it is elevated.

The verdict? The natural sweetness of the corn pulls the hidden fruit notes out of the Rosé, while the savory crunch of the pastry keeps it grounded. This is our official “try this at home” recommendation for your next night in.
