Governance matters.

It is heartening to know that in the middle of numerous corporate and government governance issues, entities are shining a light on the area of corporate governance, with the aim of eliminating weaknesses in governance.

In 2021, it was my honor to conduct Corporate Governance training for the management teams of BrandSA, on behalf of Ukwakhile Training & Development. We continue to watch, with interest, developments in this important national asset.

31% - Percentage of Unemployed Graduate Youth (ages 15-24 years)*

12.9% - Percentage of Unemployed Graduate Youth (ages 25-34 years)*

This picture needs to change drastically.

It requires a compact, collaboration and deliberate interventions between Youth, Government institutions, Education & Training, Civil Society and Commercial Entities / Industry.
