WE’RE HIRING: SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Gateway Print & Packaging is looking for a Sales Representative to join our growing team.
Based in Edenvale

The Role
A hands-on sales position focused on generating new business, building client relationships, and driving consistent results.
The position is largely commission-based and best suited to a driven, results-oriented individual.

Key Responsibilities
• Proactively seek and generate new business from supplied and self generated leads
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
• Research and approach potential customers
• Cold call and arrange client meetings
• Handle incoming enquiries (calls, email, WhatsApp & walk-ins)
• Prepare and follow up on quotes
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
• Upsell and cross-sell company offerings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Meet monthly sales targets
• Report on market opportunities and trends

Requirements
• Previous sales experience (print/packaging advantageous)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Valid driver’s license and own transport

Gateway Print & Packaging is growing — and we're looking for a hands-on operator to join our team!

The role covers running the glue machine and die cutter, but let's be honest — in a smaller, fast-growing shop like ours, there's no such thing as "not my job."
We're a team, we pitch in, and we get things done together.

✅ Previous experience on these machines is a big advantage
✅ No experience? If you're meticulous, detail-driven, and take pride in your work — we're open to training the right person.
Proof of these traits will be required.
✅ Must be reliable, hardworking, and a genuine team player
✅ Must have reliable transport to get to work on time.
