After a very successful career at a Leading Insurance Company, Adele Mc Glynn, founder of Talent Match Consulting was introduced into the world of Recruitment by two of the Industry leaders at the time. They soon came to recognize Adele's passion for people and attention to detail were the exact qualities they were looking for in a person to open their first branch in Pretoria in 1997. Promoted to

Director in 2000 she became more involved on a national level and in 2009 she was approached by the Holding Company to start a specialist Recruitment Division. From years of working as as Divisional Director for this multi-national listed group, opening new branches and companies being responsible for securing some the largest accounts in SA; Adele decided to launch her own company, as a result Talent Match Consulting was launched and has been growing from strength to strength ever since.
