Job Description:
▪ Develop Logistics Sales Division within South Africa for a global logistics company.
▪ Analyse the market trends and competitors within the logistics industry in order to identify
new business opportunities and increase market share.
▪ Identify specific needs of customers and provide logistics consulting services to optimize
solutions.
▪ Prepare quotations, tenders, bidding, Request for Quotation and Request for Information, as
per customer demands.
▪ Develop and exchange sales leads with other subsidiaries globally
▪ Cold calling of clients

Job Responsibilities

- Oversee financial records to ensure accurate management of accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, payroll, and other accounts

- Support budgets and financial projections.

URGENT JOB VANCANY

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

Co-ordinate, plan and facilitate training programs on new and existing products, both onsite as well as online, performed within HQ timelines
1. Carry out and report on technical evaluations of new products;
2. Carry out technical investigations and report to Africa TS
3. Share VOC escalation to Africa TS
4. Assist with the formal process of certifying ASC technicians who will carry out repairs on faulty products returned by customers;
5. Plan, formulate and provide technical training to Academy students , including but not limited to:-
- Technical evaluation of ASCs CC agents
- Registration, where applicable of ASC technical trainers.
6. General administrative duties relating to Academies

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

1. TO proactively up skill Academy students in the effective –
efficient – expedient repair of faulty Branded Products returned by Customers;
2. TO ensure that the appointed Academy students are accredited and have the skills set, capability and equipment necessary to provide a repair service level in line with the clients Branded Image.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. National Diploma in light/heavy Current/specializing DTV/AV or similar qualification;
2. A training qualification will be an added advantage

EXPERIENCE

1. 5 years as DTV/AV Technician Level3 component Level
2. 2 years Train the Trainer experience;
3. 2 years’ experience in conducting audits and product installation
4. 3 years’ experience on QA/QC and ISO9000

MAJOR TASKS

Technical training and support
1. TVET /TSH/Samsung special project
2. Other Engineering Academies within SA

Other Key Activities

1. OTC (On time training to TVET/THS /ASC)
2. OTF (On time GBM/SSA training completion)
3. NPU(None parts usage reduction)

REQUIRED SKILL and COMPENTENCIES(MAX5)

Technical
1. Experience in Fault-Finding at component level;
2. Experience in Training at a Technical Advanced Level;
3. Experience in Technical Reporting & creating Technical Service Bulletins;
4. Must have extensive knowledge in Workshop set-up;
5. Proven track records of the achievement of on training results / objectives
6. Customer relations
