The tallest oak in the forest was once just a little nut that held its ground'. Ever wondered how people who are hugely successful, were always as successful as they are? Most of them were just like me and you, trying to rise against the challenges and make it in life. So, get rid of wanting to be immediately successful. It's only if you know, and understand that you too can and will be something in life, only if you hang in there, have tons of patience, work hard that you will become successful, and significant. Strive not only to be a success, but to be of significance. .

'Wanting to be a success is aspiration. Doing something about it is perspiration'. I believe we are all born inherently wanting to be successful. Have you defined your success in vivid and tangible terms? Are you prepared to work and sweat for it, never give up when you encounter setbacks? Or do you expect success to just fall on your lap? If that is the case, then it is all a pipe dream isn't it? Define what the success you really want is, and know that you will be successful if you have determination, dedication, commitment and tenacity. So, what's holding you back?

Sure, the business climate may be rocky sometimes, but small business owners should always be on the lookout for opportunities. With all the talk of economic uncertainty, entrepreneurs risk turning these negative sentiments into a self-fulfilling prophesy. We cannot control the external factors, what we can decide is, no matter what is happening in the world, we are going to succeed, and nothing is going to stop us!
