Dear Supplier / Service Provider
We are embarking on this new journey of remote on-line training and registrations, Exciting times we live in.
You were previously registered with FNB to be part of the P Card system. We are glad to inform you that we upgraded the system and it is now RFQ based.
If you are still interested to be part of P Card you need to send us all the documents below. Once we received all documents we will then send you a training video with all the instructions.

Documents needed:
Clear ID Copies of all Directors / Members – Certified not older than 2 months.
Proof of business registration (CK document 14.3) – Certified not older than 2 months. As well as latest amendments if any.
Proof of Physical business address as listed on CK certificate. (Water and Lights accounts, clothing, cellphone accounts not older than 2 months) – Certified not older than 2 months. If Proof of address is in a different name, please provide the fully completed Declaration(attached hereto) with certified I.D. Copy of owner.
Bank Confirmation of Banking details to be listed on registration form, not older than 2 months
Valid SARS Tax Clearance certificate (TCC)
Valid B-BBEE Certificate, Level 1 and Level 2 only.
Valid GPG Vendor Number.
Valid Central Suppliers Database (CSD) Number.
