Look, I get it - welding inspection theory can feel overwhelming at first. Even I; When I started, terms like “porosity” or “penetration” just felt like jargon. But each student I’ve worked with, one chapter at a time, learned to interpret codes and read welds confidently. No one has to be perfect - they just need to show up, ask questions, and keep learning. So take heart: your future, and perhaps one day a career, starts with showing up to learn something new.

Today marks 10 straight days of showing up for my welding tutoring business, and I couldn’t be prouder. Consistency is not easy, but it’s the foundation of growth. Every day, I prepare lessons, answer questions, and push myself to give my students the best. This isn’t just about teaching welding theory—it’s about showing my students that dedication and persistence create success. If I can commit to showing up for 10 days without fail, imagine what we can achieve together in the next 100. I’m here for the long run, for my students, and for excellence.
