Since then it has been providing a full spectrum of Labour Relations and Human Resources Consulting services to a wide variety of clients. The Novas approach is to build long-term relationships with our clients in order to get a thorough knowledge and understanding of their business. The service we provide is both hands on and strategic.

Consulting services provided cover advice in all areas of labour legislation and labour relations as well as human resources management and include:

- General advice on Labour Relations and Human Resources issues.
- Attending meetings with shop stewards and/or union officials.
- Chairing of disciplinary hearings and appeal hearings.
- Assisting the company with disputes referred to the CCMA and/or Bargaining Council.
- Dealing with any strike or other form of industrial action.
