The company was started in 1993 while still at SAA. I ( Johan Swanepoel ) started the 1st. BSP training in SA in 1989 at SAA for travel agents and later wrote the 1st. IATA BSP Traing manual in SAA in 1990. I do accounting fot Travel Agents and training for Agents and Airlines
We also train at the agencies own facility with their own accounting system. We offer a full Advance BSP Training course a

nd if you want any -thing specific we can design it for your agency. BSPLINK training is also done on your premises. An ADM recovery service is also offered and the last but not the least > we offer a full monthly consultation service for a prepaid monthly fee where the agent can call up to 20h00 at night ( except Sundays - not operational ) for help. Various references are available . An ADM recovery service is also provided . We also train BSPLINK on the agencies own premises.
