Our hearts are full after an incredible day conducting the workshop with the brilliant and determined students at the Tlakukani Disability Empowerment Project.

The room was buzzing with energy, courage, and a powerful will to succeed. We moved beyond theory and dove into the practical: from crafting compelling CVs that highlight their unique strengths to mastering the art of confident interviews. Seeing their "lightbulb" moments was a blessing we won't forget.

These students aren't just ready for the workforce; they are an untapped resource of talent, resilience, and perspective.

But the journey doesn't end here. Now, it's about opportunity.

Gearing up Mamelodi Disabled students for our workshop.

Today, Act Consulting had an inspiring and humbling visit to the Tlakukani Disability Empowerment Project.

We sat down one-on-one and heard about their dreams, their skills, and the real challenges they face in finding employment. Their talent and determination are undeniable, but the opportunity gap is clear.

That’s why we’re stepping up. Our motto is "We Act on Talent," and talking isn't enough.

We are proud to announce that Act Consulting will be partnering with Tlakukani to host our Get Work Ready workshop at the school! We're rolling up our sleeves to provide these amazing students with practical skills in CV writing, interview preparation, and professional development to help them confidently access the job market.

But we can't do it alone. Real change requires a community effort.
