✨PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECT

Our client seeks to appoint an experienced Architect to be part of the technical team responsible for
planning, design, implementation and monitoring of the construction projects until completion.
The appointee will be responsible for all the architectural work for new buildings, alterations,
additions, maintenance and conversions as per the client’s needs.
Qualifications
• Tertiary Qualification as an Architect.
• Professional registration with the relevant professional body.
Requirements and skills
• Be creative and have at least three years working experience as an Architect.
• Strong architectural work portfolio to prove artistic skills.
• Knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality
standards.
• Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with architectural design software.
• Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions for better presentation.
• Experience in Project Management.
Responsibilities
• Attend client’s brief and prepare project specifications and project proposals.
• Conduct Feasibility Studies, Plan, control and achieve projects’ deliverables from initiation stage
until completion.
• Prepare high quality, innovative and functional architectural detailed designs which are fully
compliant with the client’s requirements and statutory regulations.
• Preparation, presentation and submission of Site Development Plans and detailed designs for
construction purposes.
• Keep all projects within budgets and timelines
• Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and
regulations
• Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project.
• Cooperate and liaise with other construction professionals and coordinate all their works for
successful planning, ex*****on and completion of the projects.
