The Chartered Institute of Customer Management ( CICM) is proud to announce the unveiling of the 4th Tanzania National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI) Report at our upcoming conference.

The 2025 edition, based on 5,500 Tanzanian voices across 15 regions, records a national CSI of 67.8% — the highest in the index’s history and a 17.6 percentage point gain since 2022.

This evidence-based, globally aligned measurement shows that exceptional customer experience is achievable in Tanzania with existing resources and talent.

Looking ahead: From 2026, NCSI will be co-designed and co-published by CICM, Tanzania Marketing Science Association, and Tanzania National Chamber of Commerce.

Leaders across banks, telcos, energy, sugar & security are proving the standard is attainable.
