🌍♻️ WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY 2026 CELEBRATION | DIGNITY MOBILE UNIT LAUNCH🚛💚
What an incredible day of community action, environmental awareness, and partnership!
Foundation proudly celebrated World Environment Day 2026 by officially launching our Dignity Mobile Unit in Moshoeshoe Section, Katlehong. This mobile unit will provide daily meals to waste pickers and vulnerable community members while serving as a platform for environmental education, recycling awareness, and waste separation at source.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Consumer Goods Council Of South Africa , led by CEO Ms. Zinhle Tyikwe, for their generous sponsorship that made this project possible. We also thank Packa-Ching for their continued partnership in promoting environmental sustainability and responsible waste management.
A special thank you goes to the MOSHOESHOE COMMUNITY Chairperson Mr. Moeti Molai, De-Bruyn Primary School, educators, learners, volunteers, and waste pickers who participated in the community clean-up campaign.
We are especially proud to have introduced our first 10 School Environment Ambassadors from De-Bruyn Primary School. These young leaders will champion recycling, environmental responsibility, and community cleanliness in their school and community.
Together, we collected waste, educated our community, empowered young leaders, and demonstrated that real change happens when communities and partners work together.
