Foundationally:
1. Live Consciously Aware - not autopilot
2. Keep returning to the present when you catch yourself in thought / autopilot mode
3. Get to know yourself, your Inner-Child, your triggers / emotions
4. Feel the Feelings - don't unpack and live there
