Bidders must be registered with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) in a contractor grading designation determined in accordance with the sum tendered for a 4 CE class of construction work. Enterprises who have a 3 CE PE grading may not submit bids





Tender documents, together with the terms of reference, which are important for the preparation of the tender are accessible for free on the E-Tender portal (www.etenders.gov.za) as from 26 August 2020.
