Project Highlight: High-Spec NFPA 20 Fire Pump Installation 🔥

Davron recently supplied and installed high-specification Duplicate Diesel Fire Pump Sets rated at 3000 GPM @ 200 PSI, fully compliant with NFPA 20 standards and the consultant's stringent project requirements.

Key features of the installation include:
✔️ Water tank low-level monitoring
✔️ Water tank high-level monitoring
✔️ Fuel low-level monitoring
✔️ Compliance with demanding consultant specifications

To further enhance reliability and operational visibility, all critical conditions can be monitored remotely through Davron's Remote Monitoring System, providing real-time status updates and proactive maintenance insights.

Project Completion | Khoemacau Mine – Botswana

We are proud to have successfully supplied two containerised fire pump houses to Khoemacau Mine, engineered and manufactured to meet the highest international fire protection standards.

🎥 This video was captured when the project was approximately 90% complete.

Each containerized pump house is fully NFPA 20 compliant and includes:
✔️ Diesel-driven fire pump sets – FM Approved & UL Listed
✔️ Jockey pumps to maintain system pressure and respond instantly to pressure drops
✔️ Schedule 40 galvanized piping, complete with flow meter, main relief valve, and waste cone

The systems are fitted with FM Approved and UL Listed controllers, incorporating client-specific modifications to ensure seamless integration with on-site communication systems.

For optimal performance and reliability, the diesel engines are cooled via heat exchangers, utilizing cooling water directly from the pump discharge line.

Every component installed complies fully with NFPA 20 requirements, ensuring dependable operation, safety, and peace of mind for critical fire protection applications.
