Public Notice: Fraudulent Use of SHEQ National Cert Name and Materials

We issue this final and urgent warning to The Link Between Careers and Business Solutions regarding their unlawful and fraudulent use of SHEQ National Cert name, certificates, intellectual property, and company owned materials.

Let it be made unequivocally clear:

• SHEQ National Cert has no affiliation, partnership, or association with The Link Between Careers and Business Solutions.
• This company is illegally distributing our certificates, content, and branding—without our consent.
• They are falsely representing themselves as authorised providers of our accredited services.
• This constitutes fraud, intellectual property theft, and criminal misrepresentation.

Additionally, their actions involve the unauthorised handling of SHEQ National Cert client data and company logo’s, a direct violation of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA)—a serious offence under South African law.

We urge all clients and institutions to exercise due diligence and verify all SHEQ National Cert accredited certificates directly through our official communication channels. We are actively pursuing legal action to protect our clients, brand, and intellectual property.
